    Operating across several sites around Sydney, new opportunities for coordinators is now available as the organisation expands it's reach within the Catholic Community. Positions are available in the following locations; Mascot, Malabar & Arncliff

    Provided with your own dedicated play space the programs are based on structured activities as well as child directed play opportunities for children to explore, experiment and engage with each other and have fun.

    • You will be a go getter and carry a strong focus on providing high quality education, support and leadership within the service to build partnerships with families and the community as a KEY focus of your role.
    • Provide a safe OSHC service for staff and children in an all-inclusive professional team environment


    To be considered for this role you will need:

    • To be an engaging and effective leader, who will be positive, flexible and adaptable
    • Completed training in Child Protection and First Aid is mandatory
    • Be accountable as the educational leader
    • You will also be computer literate
    • Hold a Diploma in OOSH/and or Children’s Services or working towards qualifications
    • Have previous experience working in OSHC and leading and inspiring teams
    • Has knowledge in the My Time, Our Place Framework and implementing an educational OSHC program is also essential.

    This is a permanent part-time role across split shifts doing 7.6hr days. Opportunity for set shifts through the week is also available to you.
