    About the position

    As a Diploma qualified educator, you will be working in the program as Room Leader of the 3-4's group. This is a well-supported role, working in a well-established team, with access to generous employment conditions, wellbeing program, mentoring and professional development programs. To support quality, the team works with above adult to child ratio's and quality resources. You also have the option to work fulltime across 5 days or work longer days to access a day off each week.

    About You

    To be a successful applicant it is essential you have: 

    • Understanding of child protection responsibilities as a mandatory reporter
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in communication
    • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and National Regulations
    • enthusiasm to build your knowledge and skills with documentation and programming and develop a good understanding of the EYLF and NQS
