About the position
Providing care and education for 37 children a day, aged 2-5 years from 7.00am to 6.00pm you will have the option to work with either the 2-3’s or 3-5’s group with varying start to finish times between the services opening and closing times. This position is supported by a team that mostly hold a minimum Diploma level qualification with many pursuing further studies, making this a well-supported role with access to mentoring for new graduates. As a qualified educator you will be expected to support, guide and care for children and contribute to the learning program and environment adopting a team-teaching approach. Being relationship driven means you will have capacity to build authentic, respectful relationships with families, the community and team.
