Lily is a new graduate Early Childhood Teacher who has gained experience working as a casual throughout her full-time studies. Lily possesses a warm, friendly and happy disposition who is easer to learn and further consolidate her knowledge through practice. Lily is now a casual ECT for Hamilton's whilst finding a permanent role in an organisation that puts children at the forefront of all decisions. Nicole holds a diploma in children services and has worked across middle and early childhood for over 28 years. As well as experience as an educator, Nicole has been an inclusion professional, OOSH Coordinator and Nominated Supervisor. Based on the Central Coast, Nicole's ambition is to return to a leadership position working in Out of School Hours Care.
Katie is an experienced Diploma educator with 10 years working in programs catering for children 0-6 years. Katie has hands-on experience in supporting teams, contributing to the QIP and developing an implementing programs. Currently, the room leader for the 3-5's room Katie's interests and strengths are in creating learning spaces that are inviting and reflect children's interests. Katie is based in Seven Hills and available from March.
